SHARED AIRPORT TRANSFERS from Bristol, London Heathrow or Exeter airports (= airport to Exeter to airport)

Arrive: Sunday. Depart: Sunday

We recommend flights to BRISTOL or EXETER AIRPORTS if possible. They are smaller airports and so are much easier for young passengers. The flights are usually cheaper too! Look at the Easyjet, Ryanair, Lufthansa, KLM or Air France websites to fly to Bristol.

Look at the Ryanair or Flybe websites for flights to Exeter.

BRISTOL AIRPORT –  shared airport transfers

Arrival on Sunday. Your arrival flight must land before 19.30.

If possible, please take a flight to arrive after 11.30. If you arrive in the morning, you may have to wait for us to come to the airport to collect you. We organise shared transfers and so you may have to wait (with Isca staff) at the airport so that you can travel to Exeter with students arriving on later flights.

Departure on Sunday.

You must book an afternoon or early evening flight if this is available, but if there is only a morning flight available, we will take you back to the airport to catch it.

Unaccompanied minors (= children travelling with the air hostess) must arrive in Bristol and depart from Bristol between 11.30 and 19.30.

EXETER AIRPORT –  airport transfers

Arrival: Sunday. Departure: Sunday. We will meet all flights.

If there are no flights on Sundays (and if there are no flights from your airport to Bristol or London Heathrow on Sundays), please email to check if we can accept you from Saturday to Saturday.

Unaccompanied minors accepted on all flights.

LONDON HEATHROW AIRPORT – shared airport transfers

Arrival: Sunday. Your flight must land between 12.00 and 16.00. We will meet flights landing at all Terminals.

If you arrive earlier than this, you will have to wait for our staff to arrive at the airport. Our shared coach will leave at 17.00 but we will wait for you if your flight is delayed.

Note: If you book a flight that is scheduled to land after 16.00, you must use our Agency Airport Meeting Service or our taxi meeting service, at extra cost.

Departure: Sunday. Your flight must take off after 15.00.

Our staff will help you check in. They will depart from the airport at 17.00 and so if your flight leaves after that time, you will have to check in alone. Our staff will show you how to do this.

Note: If your departure flight leaves before 1500, you must use our Agency airport Meeting Service or our taxi meeting service, at extra cost.

Unaccompanied Minors (= children travelling with the air hostess).

If you are 15 or over, we can arrange for an agency to meet your flight and put you on the National Express coach to Exeter. National Express coaches to Exeter from Stansted and Gatwick stop at Heathrow airport, where you must change coach alone. Important! To do this placement test ahead of the language stay is really great. As you mentioned you don’t lose the first day and your teachers know what language levels they can expect.  Noah is looking very much forward to coming to Exeter and your school and my husband and I to seeing you and your school at the end of his stay.

Best wishes,

Noah Lars G, Germany
